As of October 4th, the special "g" edition of Genie Scout is available for free! Normally this edition requires a license and is only given to Eugene's direct supporters who donate to keep the development of this brilliant tool alive.
Genie Scout 21g has no ads and includes some extra features, such as GS STATS, search by role rating and probability of development.

How to run GS21
- Extract the downloaded .zip file and run the setup .exe file.
- Follow instructions until installation is finished.
- Run Football Manager 2021 and load your saved game.
- Launch Genie Scout 21 and from main menu click "Load Game".

The public edition comes with 2 banner ads. The "g" edition has no ads and includes a few minor extra features. In order to get the "g" edition, you need to donate to Eugene.

DELIVERY OF THE 'G' EDITION: Eugene has automatized the process of distribution for the "g" edition, so you will have to wait just a few minutes before you receive a download link. Another email containing the key file might take a while though. But only if they have sent correct contact email, correct Unique ID alongside your donation.
Make sure you check your Spam folder too.
It might take up to 24 hours though. In case of problem with your donation, please contact Eugene using the email address you'll see in the message after donation.
IMPORTANT:Donations are handled by Eugene. He will deliver the ad-free version to you after donation.

Bug Reports
During closed beta stage for supporters, Eugene fixed most bugs that came to surface. As a result, the public edition should be reasonably stable from its very first version.

Known issue: Sale value for players is not accurate and sadly we have no way of making it work as it used to be before GS13.
Any comment including bug report posted on this page will be removed on sight!
EXPORTING DATA:Please understand it is forbidden by the EULA from SI and SEGA to export all the data from the results. You should be able to export only basic information such as player name, club, age, etc.

But FM21 load only .fmf.
Now I can't use the shortlist I created and neither load it on Genie Scout to modify it.
What can I do to solve?
I am playing in France save now and I played Spain one save before. and they have really broad way of EU player rule (for expl. serbia, russia, half of africa are considered EU) + England is not EU any more in my save.
In FM genie scout there is edit player rating button. can we have edit eu player button in player search? so we can search "EU" players

the list index error keeps showing no matter how many times i re-install GS, how can i fix this? please help
why does the game crash every time like that?
For 2 days I have a problem when I launch genis Scout which does not open I have this as a message.

list index out of bounds (6936856) then press ok and I will receive those new messages

Please tell me what to do because this is the first time it happens. I specify I have already desistaller several times and nothing happens.

this now worked for me
Step 1. Uninstall Genie Scout through control panel
Step 2. Download it again from the official download page.
Step 3. Extract the zipped genie scout folder.
Step 4. Run the installer as administrator
Step 5. Hit next until you can modify the install location, I chose program files (x86)
Step 6. Hit next until it installs
Step 7. Open as normal
