FM Genie Scout has always been the world's favorite scout utility for Football Manager since its very first version.
We pride ourselves on exclusively releasing this legendary tool since 2009. As always we try our best to deliver Genie Scout to the world every year because your support to this project is outstanding.
Our aim is to update Genie Scout "g" edition to be usable for the FM24 Beta. Then fix any bugs reported. And ultimately try to add a couple of new features for Eugene's direct supporters.
FM Genie Scout 24 Release Date
Public edition
While we can't give you a firm date for the release of the public version, we should be able to release it towards late November. It usually arrives approximately 4-5 weeks after the "g" edition.Update: Eugene informed me that the public version should be ready on Sunday, November 26th.
"g" edition
The "g" edition, which is the one for people who donate, is available since 19 October (beta 1).Build 1404 was released on November 14th and is compatible with the 24.1.1 patch.
You can now donate for GS24 "g" edition.

The "g" edition is ad-free and has certain features compared to the public edition.

is there any news for FM scout editor 2024 still scheduled for December or is there a way to get it faster
@Shaigo: No. The usual skins are available. Steklo, Steklo Black (default), Steklo Vista and FM 2011. You can find them in GS Options.

@JT5553: I've asked Eugene to investigate, but I'm not aware of any newer patches during the week.
@jarlfrancesco: The public edition will be released tomorrow. Every year the release (or update) of Genie Scout's public edition is delayed for roughly 1 month on 2 occasions; game launch and 1st winter patch.
@SHAKRO: The initial email containing the download links should be automatic. The email containing the key file might take up to 1 day, depending on Eugene's availability. Normally he answers his emails once a day, but that may not always be possible. The public edition is traditionally delayed for roughly 1 month after game launch; should drop tomorrow.
@Krynz: Eugene told me he added the missing player roles in the g edition, but needs more time for the set piece coach. So I'm not sure if there will be an update for g edition tomorrow.
@somzi: You need to place the key file in the installation folder.
i had problems loading database on 24g.
1.save game
2.exit both 24g and fm24
3.load game on fm24
4.load 24g
5.enjoy
Saying Eugene has kids doesn't cut it because I have kids, if he's providing a service that people are willing to pay for, like I have every year, then he should provide it. Its getting lazier every year, complete lack of correspondence and transparency, or just a reply to an email would be nice.
I've contacted Eugene a couple of times but no response.
Anyone knows how to fix this.
