It works in TV View both in Windowed and Full Screen modes. It comes in two versions, BSB (scoreboard to the bottom) and BST (scoreboard to the top).

Step 1Extract the downloaded file and you will get a folder named 'FM Scoreboard by bergkamp'. Inside that folder there are 2 other folders named 'BSB' (bottom) and 'BST' (top).
Step 2
Choose the scoreboard placement you want (either BSB or BST) and open it. You will see 2 folders named 'graphics' and 'panels'.
Step 3
Copy (or just move) those 2 folders ('graphics' and 'panels') in the folder of your chosen skin.
Win Vista/Windows 7: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\skins\<your-skin-of-choice>\
Win 2000/XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\skins\<your-skin-of-choice>\
Win 98/ME: C:\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\skins\<your-skin-of-choice>\
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/skins/<your-skin-of-choice>/
If you're using a default skin, you need to create the skin folder and name it either 'fm2012' or 'fm12012 dark' depending on which one you're using.

Got it working now (must have been having a 'senior moment' before).
It looks absolutely brilliant, especially when you've got the proper team badges with it too.
