4-4-2 custom (by DonTommi)

Well, this is my first upload here. I therefore excuse the lack of pictures, supporting my different claims, but I simply don't know how to do it(!).

I've been playing for 3 years in different FM games, and FM12 since it came in the stores.
I'm used to winning (8 gold and 2 silver trophies) at the 7 years I've managed in the game, all with different tactics from fmscout!

I was wondering, with my (apparently) big knowledge of the different leagues in FM, if I could make a great tactic myself.

I'm managing Leicester City in 2017 in Premier League. Ended 4th my first season with the grid tactic from in here, but I needed something with wings to play in Europe, as I just bought Konoplyanka and a Argentinian Superstar for the midfield (L/R). I spend a couple of hours one day, trying to find a suitable tactic with wingers, with base in the regular 4-4-2.

I think I've found a suitable tactic, with custom player instructions and set piece instructions, 'cause I'm undefeated for the first 13 games in PL (12-1-0) and 4 games in EC (4-0-0) with a lot of goals (31-8 in PL) and (12-3) in EC.

Of course all of my players are either talented wonderkids, or experienced international players; but I have a bench full of young and older far lesser players (Like 3 stars in CA), who also both score goals and play at the top of their game.

We score a lot of goals, with this tactic; but it's not like we have a "super-scorer", it's more equal between the different players.

My starting 11 has managed to become consistent of International Players only, because of my success with this.
