Using this tactic I have won every cup and league on offer in Germany in the first two seasons, including one Champions League title in my second season.

During the third season I won the league and super cup. I lost the German cup in 4th round (beaten away by Hamburg, mostly because I used Bayern II players as schedule was hectic), and also lost in last 16 in the Champions League to PSG.

Team training and individual training I leave them to assistant manager. Also opposition instructions.
