4-2-3-1 Possesion Mastermind

I play last 3 FM with this tactic, slightly altered in Player Instructions. If you have Striker with bad or solid dribbling, just tick dribble less in his poacher role. Don't change roles, it won't be so effective. I ask assistant about OI.

Instructions: Most important instruction -> When you take lead, instantly change from Counter or Standard to Contain. If you're using Contain and take lead, no change needed ( obviously )

Use Contain in away games if opponent is not to weak.

Counter is also for away games, but for much weaker opponents. Example ; Bournemouth - Arsenal.

Standard is for home games, if opponents is too much closed, wait until half time... then change to Control, and eventually to Attack around 75th minute.
