Yes, the CA/PA file is a new file beside the others. If you don't want this file, simply don't choose it when you start a new game.
How to install this data update to FM 2019
- Extract the downloaded .zip file.
- Move the extracted .fmf updates you want to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2019 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. - Make a new "Career" game. Choose the "19.3.0 Update" database option and select my files.
In case you have more editor data files:
When setting up a new game, do not have any other data update files ticked on your Editor Data Files screen except this one.
Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many files together from different creators can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid using files from different creators.

One suggestion, you should cancel the stadium move for Tottenham Hotspurs, they're not anymore on Wembley, finally in The Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium.

IN THE PORTUGUESE LEAGUE IN THE 2nd SEASON GIVES BUG BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE 1ST SEASON DESCENT 3 AND JUST UP 2 TEAMS.
This is because the gil vicente is already in the first division.
And there are also many transfers in Portugal
Tomás Esteves and Fábio Viera are 2 players with immense potential (Tomás Esteves is considered the best DD of his age) and in FM they have no potential at all.

i cant change any of these players contracts and when i try they dont appear in the "my profile"
They have a 24m budget yet we will spend in the region of 50-80m more.
at least the same as Fulham’s 105m last season as we’ve a thin squad atm and will buy at least another 5 players.
20m budget isn’t realistic especially with the season squad/players released July 1st.

I installed it but my game cash when I start the carrer after the championship selection. I also have a red "!" next to some countries. Your files are the only one used in my database.
19.3 patch
selecting League 1 and above(England) with large database, early pre-season.
@Smitvilla, no it's not right. Make sure you are moving the file in the right folder (correct path) and you are clicking on the 19.3 patch when you set up your game. If you are still having issues let me know.

@Luke_Shaw, I don't like vegetables myself. Because of that, I don't eat them. If you don't like what you see, search for something else that suits you. It's very simple, I can't satisfy everyone out there.
