FM20 Realistic Competition Colors

About 70% of the competitions in Football Manager 2020 have inaccurate color schemes. These issues range from just mild color differences, to being completely off the mark.

Colors can vary by opinion and logo version, so they won't be completely correct. But the idea was to create the "style" or "feel" of the competition.

This file applies minor fixes to 160 competitions, and more major corrections to 260 competitions.
