This is a tactic I have created for Football Manager 2020 which has given me a lot of success with underdog teams.



I have tested this tactic with Salford, Watford, a few Spanish and German Minnows and it worked really well with all teams that I tried it with.

    Got Salford from League 2 to Premier League in the minimum amount of seasons, good job pal. For Salford in particular, I would make sure to absolutely rinse the loan system, that way you can have up to 5 players above a standard that you would ever be able to afford with all of them fitting the tactic.
