Yes, the CA/PA file is a new file beside the others. If you don't want this file, simply don't choose it when you start a new game.
How to install this data update to FM 2020
- Open the file you downloaded with .rar or winzip.
- Select all .fmf files and copy-paste/extract/drag & drop them into the editor data folder, to the following location:
Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2020 / editor data
Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist. - Make a new "Career" game. Choose the database "20.4.0 Update" option and select my files.
In case you have more editor data files:
When setting up a new game, do not have any other data update files ticked on your Editor Data Files screen except this one.
Choose only my files if you are not sure about the changes in every file. Many files together from different creators can cause crashes to the game, duplicates and other problems. Avoid using files from different creators.

@BartySo, I will run it on holiday and check it myself. Thanks for raising it. Maybe you can provide more information though? Like which files are you running, or if you use any other file from another creator.
1. Cyprus leauge clubs kind of "lost" all managers after first two seasons. It looks like all managers leave in same time. And then it takes very long time until clubs hire new ones.
2. Somehow after two seasons played then in august I've added new manager and first everything was fine but then after 3-4 "in game days" game crashed with "unexpected error".
@FMGray, there are loans in the database with more than a year (1) duration. If I remove all loans, these loans will be removed too. That's why I have to do it manually, pack by pack.
@GMCG178, I can't do that. Make sure you are not running other files than mine (from other creators). I just made a new game and he has not any face picture at all.
@Snackcracker, you are welcome! About Chile... We are talking about a whole nation revamp, and it's that period of the year that I am very busy to spend time on a project that requires a massive amount of time. The timing in pretty bad to be honest
Do you do promotions/relegations? The thing is, I wanted to suggest changing the system of my country's league (Campeonato AFP Plan Vital from Chile). After the revolution on my country, football was put into a halt in late 2019 until the point of suspension, declaring Universidad Catolica (my team hehe) as champions. With this, relegations were removed from the cancelled league, but promotions were accepted. For this reason, our current league has now 18 teams (Santiago Wanderers and Deportes La Serena got promoted) and Primera B (Chile's Second tier of football) has 15 teams (San Marcos de Arica got promoted). Would you be able to change this inside the game for the next update?

@blackmamba9203, not it's not. If you follow my work all these years, it's that time of the year that I start adding summer transfers as immediate. After all there are already many transfers officially announced. And yes that's the way the pack is going to be released from now on.
The aim is to get the game running in summer 2019 like it's summer 2020. Me and my team are working towards that.
If this is just the way this pack is now going to be released, then are there any other transfer packs that have future dates for transfers?
