This is just an update changing the banner system on the main menu. It's the only changed included.
Why is it so big in terms of MB? Unfortunately the system that normally does these in a much simpler fashion was broken previously, hence why the update is largely than it would be normally when such update is needed.
Essentially it's a more detailed fix for how the banner system works on the main menu. This means the banner can be update in the future much simpler without the need for users to download a larger update like this one.

This hotfix is compatible with existing save games and changelist can be found below.
To update you will need to close down Football Manager 2020 (or Football Manager Touch 2020) and re-launch. If this does not work for you or you feel it has not updated you will need to restart Steam.
Even if that doesn't do the trick, then verify the game cache will.
