There's no changelog for this update, but I'm guessing it might have something to do with the change of banner on the start screen. More specifically, there's a banner linked to a fan survey that SI want feedback from to help them decide the future direction for the game.

- Possibly a change of banner on start screenAs usual the update is save game compatible, so you don't have to start a new save game.
To update you will need to close down Football Manager 2021 and re-launch for it to update. If this does not work for you or you feel it has not updated you will need to restart Steam.
