This applies also to legendary managers.
Some players that played in small reputation club and/or lower league will have a set a future transfer to their next club with random transfer fee. (e.g Zidane will join Bordeaux in 2022)

All players and managers have completed and authentic value data between 1-20 with no PA overpowered (only 45 players who have 190+ Potential Ability with only 2 players have 200 Potential Ability)

Career Plans and Playing/Non Playing History
Most players and managers have a set career plans to play/manage their next club. All of them have a set playing/non playing history. This is very important to the club dynamics because make them more influential players.
In addition, players who play abroad will have an additional languages that are used in their based nation.

Major club and competition reputation adjustments.
Major club finances adjustments.

Is there any way to load the legends db then export let's say a squad of 20 players into the normal db? I want to give it a try where I have one team of legends in modern day.

@Rekoshooter Yes, you can. But if you put the facepack from DF11faces, you have to start the game with 22.4 database.

I have the 22.3 version database. Will you file work with that version?

Hi, I got it. Shortlist-File is in the DF11-Pack
  • alaskabier's avatar
@Alafgani: Thanks, but where I can find this shortlist? Via download there is only the fmf-File.

@Cordae Estimated release before March 10 on Steam Workshop Page, will upload it to Fmscout after I finish the facepack.

@ACDSHE45 The difference between this and David had is the club where the legends play at start of the game. Regarding the number of players, @guilhermebastos explain it well on the comment below.

@alaskabier There is the shortlist file you can import to your game to see all the players.

Is it possible to get an overwiew about all legends involved in your database?
  • ACDSHE45's avatar
if this ever gets close to the the number of players the old return of the legends database by David had then id love to check this out. Sucks he stopped making it but I can understand why

When is the new update coming out? Also I tried this database together with the Zealand USA database and they dont work together. If I load the shortlist in the USA database I just get 62 American Players with the pictures of the legends.

You can see 120 from 150 new added players for the next update here:

I really appreciated this database precisely because it prioritizes quality over quantity. This database with 4500 players doesn't even have personal attributes and hidden player attributes. To give you an idea, this means that for this database players like Garrincha and Cristiano Ronaldo are equally professional. This is not a criticism of the other database (I know the author must have spent a lot of his time on it as well), but I prefer a database with fewer players but with more fidelity.

Obviously, that’s the era I watched the most and know the most of, I’m not saying you must disregard the other eras. Just giving my opinion bcs the last few years I only played FM with legend databases. In this one for example the Ligue 1 barely has any legends, just like Africa/Asian players. For me legends are not only players with the highest ability/potential but also cult-heroes (like Vinnie Jones/Wimbledon, Di Canio/West Ham, Diouf & Diop/Senegal, Ji-Sung Park & Young-Pyo Lee/South Korea, Roger Milla/Cameroon…). Players who had a different style and had an impact on the game. But like I said that’s only my opinion and no criticism at all bcs your work is very much appreciated!
  • Alafgani's avatar
Most of players you mention are already on my list. But this is not 90's or 2000's legends database. I'll pick a good proportion every future updates featuring players from 10s to 80s also with higher peak ability first.

First of all, thank you for putting so much work into this detailed database. For my taste it misses some colorful legends and legends that had unique/special abilities. I’m talking about players like Jay-Jay Okocha, Rogerio Ceni (GK with most goals), Taribo West (most ridiculous hairstyle ever), Marco Materazzi, Di Canio (crazy but genius), Rigobert Song, Abel Xavier (both colorful), Hidetoshi Nakata, Ljungberg, Rory Delap (longest throw in ever), Cyril Rool & Joey Barton (both animals on and off the pitch), Edmundo, Juninho Pernambucano (best FK-taker of all time), Cassano, Higuita, Blanco, Campos, Hasan Sas, Hakan Sukur, etc etc… I don’t want to promote another Database (this one isn't active anymore anyway), but had one of the most complete Legends databases for FM with over 4500 legends. Maybe you could do a collab or something?

Thanks for the correction of Segarra position, I will fix it on the next update. But for Sócrates, he plays for Botafogo-SP in this database.
Let me know if you find any other wrong data. Thanks again.
  • guilhermebastos's avatar
Other thing: Sócrates never played for Botofogo-RJ. He plays for Botafogo-SP (ID 121265)
  • guilhermebastos's avatar
Very good. But a question: Joan Segarra didn't play on the left side? In the database he is playing on the right side.
  • Alafgani's avatar
Basically, it is possible. But some data just doesn't feel right, like players age (1 year older), 2020-2021 season stats will be missing from playing history, like players didn't play for a season. etc.
