FM*EVOLUTION 23 PDC: more Potential, Dynamism and Competitiveness
The proposal is to increase in a linear way, not distorting the game and the difference in quality between players, the potential capacity of about 8000 players, mainly young players, with the goals of: increasing the possibility for them to reach higher quality levels; decreasing the difference between the top players and the rest over time; allowing to have more seasons with squads made up of real quality players instead of regens; making it possible to increase the competitiveness between teams over time.
In the original game there is too big a difference, in my opinion of course, between the potential of a few top players (PA above 170/180) and the rest, with few "intermediate/good" players (PA 150-170). This makes a huge difference between the few teams that manage to sign some of the top 10 or 20 players and all the others, as well as few "intermediate/high" and even "high" quality players. After some seasons, not necessarily many, you "only" play with players created by the game, with 18 or 19 years old and an absurd potential. I think that having real players with the possibility, I repeat, possibility, through their career path, of reaching higher attributes is more real.
I think everyone remembers unknown or young players that became great players, older players that due to a whole conjuncture evolved a lot later (Vardy, Liedson, etc.) and "small" teams, but with very interesting players with potential, that beat colossi?
We also chose to increase the potential of older players and not only young ones, with the idea that, even if in rare cases, players sometimes show their greatest potential and reach their peak form later, when they move to a certain club, their club has a new coaching staff, etc.. In other words, sometimes, no matter how much a player has been in great shape for a long time, his attributes don't evolve, because they don't have the potential margin to do so. This seems unreal, although, even with these changes, it is always difficult for a player with advanced age to have a great evolution... however, this way there is the possibility that there can be some surprises, if the player is in shape. Similarly, the idea also applies to younger players.

HOW TO INSTALL:
Extract the content of the archive with RAR, WINZIP or 7ZIP.
Copy the file FMEVOLUTION 1.0.fmf to the folder
Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023/editor data.Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist.
Create a new game.
When starting a new "career", in the "database" menu make sure the FM*EVOLUTION PDC update is selected.
