New energy has come into the experienced players, those who had declined and even those in their prime are hitting a new level, fulfilling their potential in every way, determination is as high as it can be, their bodies are in peak condition, important matches are no longer a fear of losing a chance but a joy and they will play each match like it's the last one.

To do this, players outside of the top leagues have decided it's time to come back but haven't found a new home, world class free agents are right there waiting to play their best game, can you fulfill their dreams of glory before their new form disappears?

This FM23 database consists of editing the CA of players with the pre-game editor so they hit either their PA or their PPA (peak potential ability), so for example, players like Ganso have a PA of 150 but a PPA of 186, in that case I will use the PPA since it's higher.

Most of these players are either players who are in decline or players who were very inconsistent but class (like Ben Arfa)
