These countries have all been merged together to make all the different regions, all four have a separate database file that needs to be loaded in alongside the Continental system also or it won't work, so 5 editor files all need to be loaded on the save for this to work, prize money is decent and the playoff systems are fairly obvious to work out for Promotion and Relegation.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download and unzip the file containing the 5 databases
2. Copy and Paste the unzipped editor data files into the /editordata folder in your game files
3. load the game and select a new career save
4. make sure the 5 database files are all selected to be loaded into the game while starting a new save
5. Select England, Germany, Spain, and France to be loaded as the 4 separate countries
6. Enjoy!

Small Note: obviously a League System from ALL these countries being involved would be a MASSIVE system, so I've built the leagues using the best teams available while making sure every country was represented.
