Installation Instructions for all versions
I've created a video of the installation process for clear and precise help. It's pretty straight forward to be fair!Installation Video
Windows Installation
Program files(x86) -> Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Football Manager 2024 -> dataGamepass
On the game pass app go to the game and look for the three dots … for more options. You should see “enable mods”. Do that and tell it where to put the files; now you will be able to go to that folder and you will see all the sub folders you need, extract the 2 files and place in your data folder.
All versions are extremely simple to install. Just download the version you want, extract the x2 .fmf files (winzip or winrar) then place the 2 extracted files in the correct above directory.
Done !

When SI update the game it puts your game files back to default and also creates a new version of the game. I then release a new version of the mod Simply just paste your downloaded files back in the data file and your new pack will overwrite the default sounds again. DO NOT PASTE AN OLD VERSION AS IT WILL CRASH YOUR GAME.

tried that just mate, however I don’t have half of those folders. Thanks for trying though, where did you find this info? I can find very little about this online..
Try placing the files in
devices / rootfs / run / media / mmcblk0p1 / steamapps / common / Football Manager 2024 / data
I don't have a steam deck so can't be sure exactly where it would go but online search suggests this is where the data folder is located mate

Your clear toxicity aside, we don't live in a dictatorship and we're free to post our criticism of these kinds of methods. People should be made aware that they're not keeping what they're paying for and will lose access to their content if they don't save the password. Your threats cannot silence the truth.

Are you MetzFM's alt? Why are you threatening people who point out this bait-and-switch? You seem particularly... invested in this scheme. Him refusing to give the password to something, yes, you paid for, is, in fact, the textbook definition of a bait-and-switch.
This isn't North Korea, people are allowed to point out scammers and thieves. We are absolutely allowed to post our interactions and experiences of something that we paid money for. It's not a donation when you exchanged money for goods and services that you expect.
the file works, and all you have to do is keep the files and password safe somewhere.

He does NOT send the password in an email or receipt, but in a separate mega.nz link that is NOT provided in the receipt or email. This is shady and scammer territory. His excuse is "impossible to keep having to provide passwords to everyone who downloads" - you can't respond to a single email, even after they've PAID you? What kind of person does that? So we have to pay you ten times for the SAME content to get the password ten times, because you can change it?
@MetzFM I didn't delete the pack, the game updated because of SI's patch last month and overwrote the mod. The password is NOT in the email, he shadily keeps the password hidden in a mega.nz link that can easily be taken down AND CHANGED at his will, so he can force people to pay several times for the same content. Even after repeated emails, he does NOT RESPOND to emails or give the password, even after you give him money.

So you've used the pack, then some how deleted the pack and not saved any of the info that you have been told to keep safe for later updates. And its my fault and shady how exactly? It is impossible to keep having to provide passwords to everyone who downloads the pack and doesn't save their own password that you are provided. And I'm also confused how it's made hard for you to download.... Pay for the pack, click the download link enter your password? That's about as simple as it can be.
from memory the password is on an email, surely you keep emails
