That translates to a whopping 127 leagues from 55 nations!
You can avoid all that by downloading this game setup file, placing it into your "game_setup" folder, and loading it on the relevant screen in-game.
Note that enabling all those leagues means that a minimum of 194,240 players will be loaded if you choose a small database.
If you're seriously considering starting a long-term save with so many leagues, you should expect the game to become slower since it would need to generate tons of data along the way. So if your computer isn't exactly a powerhouse, that's not recommended at all.
