UEFA Leagues for FM24 by MasterIgor v24.7

Hello everyone,

here is the league pack for nations/federations in Europe.

! for Official 24.3.0 Update Database only !
Creating the world is a very time consuming task, and I do not have the time to support and test all databases. So I am going with the latest version only. The bright side is that it is for free. Tips are more than welcome though :-)

This file contains leagues and cups in real formats for the missing member federations of UEFA as well as some lower tiers for existing members.

- Italy (ITA): added playoffs to Serie D
- Turkey (TUR): fixed turkish cup where some groups were not playing matches

- Albania (ALB): Fixed relegation playoff in Kategoria e Dyte, Fixed foreigner rules (Albania joins EU in 2030, allowing EU players as non-foreign)
- Armenia (ARM): added (fictional) u18 league
- Austria (AUT): improved variable relegation of Regionalliga
- Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH): improved variable relegation in first league. Fixed foreigner rules (joins EU in 2030)
- Belarus (BLR): added correct formats for 2024 onwards (number of teams change minimally)
- Croatia (CRO): added 21 regional cups that also count for qualification for Croatian Cup
- Czech Republic (CZE): improved variable relegation of 3rd league
- Estonia (EST): fixed foreigner rules (limits non-EU instead of all foreigners)
- France (FRA): added file, adds new formats for Ligue 2 and National 2 for 2024 onwards. Changes French Cup to use qualifiers from overseas nations that correspond with my other files (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Tahiti and New Caledonia)
- Germany (GER): fixed DFB Pokal (B Teams no longer entering), improved variable relegation of Regionalliga
- Greece (GRE): corrected super league 2 format for 2024 onwards (north and south groups)
- Hungary (HUN): refactored Hungarian Cup
- Israel (ISR): Liga Alef expands to 17 teams per group, Israel State Cup refactored to cover changes from this expansion
- Kazachstan (KAZ): corrected premier league, added format of Kazachstan Cup for 2024 onwards
- Lithuania (LTU): corrected foreigner rules (non-EU instead of foreign)
- Latvia (LVA): added file including Future League (2nd tier)
- North Macedonia (MKD): fixed foreigner rules (joins EU in 2030)
- Malta (MLT): added format for 2024: Premier League plays an Opening and Closing Round
- Montenegro (MNE): fixed foreigner rules (joins EU in 2030)
- Netherlands (NED): enabled promotion/relegation between Eerste and Tweede Divisie, starting from 2029 season
- Norway (NOR): made Third Division playable (was view-only)
- Poland (POL): added format for 2024 onwards for Liga II and Liga III (promotion/relegation playoffs)
- Romania (ROU): made Third Division playable (was view-only)
- San Marino (SMR): fixed history and ranking for top league
- Serbia (SRB): improved variable relegation, fixed foreigner rules (joins EU in 2030)
- Switzerland (SUI): fixed registration issue with winter transfer
- Slovenia (SVN): improved variable relegation
- Turkey (TUR): added 2024 format for Turkish Cup
- All files: minor refactoring

- Germany (GER): Fixed Verbandspokale. They now run every year and with correct teams.
- Ukraine (UKR): removed affiliation from Kudrivka which was blocking promotion

- Kazachstan (KAZ): added League Cup
- Armenia (ARM): added 2nd tier
- Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH): Fixed qualification to Bosnian Cup - best 8 teams from both 2nd tier leagues qualify. Also added variable relegation

- Many Nations: set professional status for most top tiers to prevent teams going semi-professional
