here is the league pack for nations/federations in Europe.

Creating the world is a very time consuming task, and I do not have the time to support and test all databases. So I am going with the latest version only. The bright side is that it is for free. Tips are more than welcome though :-)
This file contains leagues and cups in real formats for the missing member federations of UEFA as well as some lower tiers for existing members.

- France (FRA): added file, adds new formats for Ligue 2 and National 2 for 2024 onwards. Changes French Cup to use qualifiers from overseas nations that correspond with my other files (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Tahiti and New Caledonia)
- Germany (GER): fixed DFB Pokal (B Teams no longer entering), improved variable relegation of Regionalliga
- Greece (GRE): corrected super league 2 format for 2024 onwards (north and south groups)
- Hungary (HUN): refactored Hungarian Cup
- Israel (ISR): Liga Alef expands to 17 teams per group, Israel State Cup refactored to cover changes from this expansion
- Kazachstan (KAZ): corrected premier league, added format of Kazachstan Cup for 2024 onwards
- Lithuania (LTU): corrected foreigner rules (non-EU instead of foreign)
- Latvia (LVA): added file including Future League (2nd tier)
- North Macedonia (MKD): fixed foreigner rules (joins EU in 2030)
- Malta (MLT): added format for 2024: Premier League plays an Opening and Closing Round
- Montenegro (MNE): fixed foreigner rules (joins EU in 2030)
- Netherlands (NED): enabled promotion/relegation between Eerste and Tweede Divisie, starting from 2029 season
- Norway (NOR): made Third Division playable (was view-only)
- Poland (POL): added format for 2024 onwards for Liga II and Liga III (promotion/relegation playoffs)
- Romania (ROU): made Third Division playable (was view-only)
- San Marino (SMR): fixed history and ranking for top league

Hello everyone. First of all thank you for your support the past 2 years. Creating the world leagues for FM has been a tremendous task for me and I am satisfied with how it turned out.
Some people asked me about my plans for FM26. I bought the game but it always crashed on startup due to my old linux setup. After 2 days of troubleshooting by myself, I got it up and running.
I must investigate the editor and see how many things changed and so on.
My first goal is to move the FM24 rule files over to FM26 and tweak where necessary. Then I will update and concider women leagues.
It's all very new so I have to look in how much the effort will be. If the effort turns out to be too big, then I won't have capacity to do them. But let's wait and see for now.
to summarize: I plan on creating them, but non guarantees yet - creating takes time.
There is unfortunately a mistake in the new turkish cup format. I will post a fix for UEFA soon.
As for the France file, yes I changed the rules for the french cup especially. I re-implemented the french cup to draw the overseas teams so that it matches when you use my files from other continent packs.
