here is the league pack for nations/federations in Europe.

Creating the world is a very time consuming task, and I do not have the time to support and test all databases. So I am going with the latest version only. The bright side is that it is for free. Tips are more than welcome though :-)
This file contains leagues and cups in real formats for the missing member federations of UEFA as well as some lower tiers for existing members.

- Germany (GER): fixed DFB Pokal (B Teams no longer entering), improved variable relegation of Regionalliga
- Greece (GRE): corrected super league 2 format for 2024 onwards (north and south groups)
- Hungary (HUN): refactored Hungarian Cup
- Israel (ISR): Liga Alef expands to 17 teams per group, Israel State Cup refactored to cover changes from this expansion
- Kazachstan (KAZ): corrected premier league, added format of Kazachstan Cup for 2024 onwards
- Lithuania (LTU): corrected foreigner rules (non-EU instead of foreign)
- Latvia (LVA): added file including Future League (2nd tier)
- North Macedonia (MKD): fixed foreigner rules (joins EU in 2030)
- Malta (MLT): added format for 2024: Premier League plays an Opening and Closing Round
- Montenegro (MNE): fixed foreigner rules (joins EU in 2030)
- Netherlands (NED): enabled promotion/relegation between Eerste and Tweede Divisie, starting from 2029 season

- Poland (POL): added format for 2024 onwards for Liga II and Liga III (promotion/relegation playoffs)

There is unfortunately a mistake in the new turkish cup format. I will post a fix for UEFA soon.
As for the France file, yes I changed the rules for the french cup especially. I re-implemented the french cup to draw the overseas teams so that it matches when you use my files from other continent packs.

Austria doesn't have any special settings in the registration, but perhaps I have to add something - in any case I will investigate.
I think there is a bug in Austria with the registration of players for the 2nd team in the 3rd tier. The file for Austria is loaded in the database and all leagues including Regionalliga (3rd tier) are set to playable.
For example, if I start a save with Rapid Vienna, from September (after registration) the players form the 2nd team will no longer be lined up for 2nd team matches and will be replaced by gray-outed players. Nothing changes even if I register the players of the 2nd team for the 1st team. Maybe you have time to take a look at it. I also don't know if this only affects Rapid or also other clubs with a 2nd team in the Regionalliga. Thank you very much!
That means that when I try to select teams for cups, the checkbox "ignore B teams" does not work :-(. And I cannot use the checkbox "ignore minor affiliations" because that would ignore also feeder teams.
Probably I will need to explicitly ignore all known B/2 teams. I will investigate this.

Unfortunately, the 2nd team are enabled to play in the DFB Pokal.
After BVB II got 2nd in the 1st Season, they play in the DFB Pokal the 2nd season. (The Top 4 of 3.Liga qualifies for the DFB Pokal the season after)
But in RL, 2nd Teams are not allowed to play in the DFB Pokal.
Your GER file is the only one which touches Germany I use, so u might want to check if there is something wrong in the file.

Actually, when I create(extend) an Italy file, it does not create or copy a rule for this cup. Maybe it is an issue with the editor?
The only idea I have to fix this is to export the original rules and clone it in my Italy file. I will add it to my long list of to-do's. But I don't know when I will have time to fix it.
