[FM24] Wales (Dynamic Transfer Window)

An updated database for Thailand, based on the existing structure, but with the addition of the Dynamic Transfer Deadline Feature, it also includes Dynamic Sponsorship and TV Revenues.

The Welsh Premier League has been professionalised and the semi pro clubs in the North/South leagues below the Premier League turn professional automatically upon promotion, and remain professional for 3 years after relegation (turning back Semi Pro if they're not promoted after 3 years). Tested for 50 years.

It is identical to the real life structure but has reputation based dynamic sponsorship revenue and dynamic TV money, which also scales up according to reputation. Great for a realistic nation builder on the British Isles!
