NB. To get the real results you must to select the country and have flagged in game the file in the data folder editor.
The departure date is May 2th selecting Iceland
Argentina, Spanish Liga Adelante and Turkey ended in June after the results for these championships are updated to 2/5 and then proceed randomly.
In all the other championships, all matches were anticipated on May 2, so that they ended on that date and had a conclusive situation.
We remember that Playoff Playouts and European/Leagues Cups are not replicable with the editor consequently it was recreated ONLY the regular season
Files are independent from each other, so it's up to you to decide if using only one of them rather than all.
Remember to cancel all the files included in editor data folder using the ones included in the pack

- Implemented Italian Eccellenza rule that forces teams to use one Under 19 and two Under 18

- maximum 8 loaned players in Italians Serie D teams rule included
- Home and Away semi-final match included for "Coppa Italia Serie D"
- Included regional boundaries to prevent northern teams being inserted in suothern groups (and viceversa) after the second season is processed

2 - Run Football Manager 2017 and start new save with these database enabled (don't select USA)

Salut j'ai toujours un problème ! j'ai télécharger et décompresser le dossier ! après je voudrais savoir y'a éditor data et shorlist ! les document a l’intérieur je les déplaces ou ? car j'ai essayer mais quand je j'utilise base de donnée par défaut je ne vois pas de pack a choisir . Help me plesea
For example, with the database, Lyon = Lione
Hello, vous savez comment ajuster le nom des clubs, car certains sont en italiens.. ? Nizza, Lione
- téléchargez et décompressez tous les fichiers contenus dans le dossier de données de l'éditeur (sauf le dossier de la liste restreinte) en vous assurant que les seuls dans le dossier (d'autres fichiers pourraient être en conflit)
- créez un nouveau jeu en choisissant la base de données par défaut (pas 17.3) et en sélectionnant les nations (et la mise à jour de la saison) dont vous êtes intéressé par ceux du pack
- Sélectionnez l'Islande afin que vous puissiez quitter la date du 2 mai 2017 avec les résultats réels complets
Les bases de données et tout notre travail devrait débuter en 2017

You don't find Italian teams because you are using the 17.3 database, you must to use the default database when start a new game, this is also written in the topic
The Adelante League is correct, obviously not having the results of the second division where Barcelona B was in the 2016/2017 season may not have been promoted. Also playoff and playout are not replicable with the editor
There will be an early update regarding transfers and renewals of contracts
Though you say Liga Adelante is updated, it is not, since it's not featuring Barcelona B. Furthermore, whenever I start a new game, Italy competitions won't load (can't select it on the leagues selection screen).
Is there any update coming soon?
