This fix was created for my own personal use to make the game feel more authentic with its presentation. If you have any suggestions for future updates, please feel free to recommend them.
This file is save game compatible (You have to copy the lnc file to the database folder your save is using)
Tested with 21.3.0 and 21.4.0
How to fix competition colours in FM 2021
1. Close or Quit the game (f the game is running).2. Extract the contents of the pack to a temporary location.
3. Find the latest database folder (in this example, 2140)
Windows
\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2021\data\database\db\2140\
macOS
/Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Football Manager 2021/database/data/db/2140/
4. Open the folder named `lnc` and then click into the `all` sub-folder.
5. Move the `FM21 Authentic Competition Colour Fix.lnc` you extracted into the `all` folder within `database\db\2430\lnc\all\`

Also fixed the UEFA European Championships bug.
Removed alternative UEFA Europa and Europa Conference colours. If you prefer them, my best advice is to copy them for safe keeping and overwrite the lines when I update.

I decided not to go ahead with the Europa league colour swap as I belive the black with orange text is the correct way the brand is represented. I have however included the an altertaive colour scheme for the Europa league and Europa Conference league in the .lnc file which can be uncommented and used (Just make sure to comment out the other)
I'm suggesting a straight up orange colour for the Europa League. To give in a little bit I didn't realised at first hand that there is an orange ring around the Europa League logo and that it might bite itself with the background colour. But maybe you can find a certain orange-ish colour to fit with it. Considering the Conference League I would leave it as it is right now.
Are you suggesting inverting the Europe League (and the EU Conference) so the orange is the background colour instead of the text as currently? The reason I was always against this was it will clash with too many logo packs as the orange is included in the logo with no stroke or border.
I agree with the World Cup. I will adjust this in the next update.
A couple suggestions from myself: maybe you should use an orange colour for the Europa League. 3. Liga of Germany could be some sort of green-ish colour. World Cup can also be a golden colour to fit the trophy and the importance of the largest competetion in football.

It's the standard logo pack from another site that I have tweaked over the years with custom edits - sometimes to avoid clashing colours.

Updated with a few new leagues such as Bundesliga and UEFA Nations League.
Else you copy it to 2130 if you create a new game obviously. Thanks for the file though does make a big difference having real colours.
