During closed beta stage for supporters, Eugene fixed most bugs that came to surface. As a result, the public edition should be reasonably stable from its very first version.
I'm hoping you will appreciate his effort and support the GS project.

He normally responds to all emails within 24 hours, though I know he's super busy lately for personal/family reasons; but still, 4 days delay is highly unlikely.
One thing to note (just in case) is if sending email from a .pl provider as there seems to be a problem receiving-delivering emails from-to fmscout.com and these providers. If that's the case, please use a different email (if you have) like gmail etc.
IS THERE any CHANCE to get a corresponding keyfile???
I know, I know I'm not new customer and only using fm21... -.-
