I have tailored this tactic after Pep Guardiola's philosophy at Barcelona 2009-10 season, but also focused on the general characteristics of Guardiola's ideology. This is for people who prefer high amount of possession (above 60%).
By leaving the penalty box empty and instead have players arriving there, it’s important that the wide forwards tend to get into opposition area. These movements have the purpose to cause chaos in the opposition defensive.
With the ball I like my players to patiently build up the play with shorter passes at players feet, working the ball around until space opens up. Couple that with retain possession the players will look to reduce the tempo and the overall passing length. It’s all focused on not taking any necessary risk in your own half.

Training:
2 weeks tactical, 1 week ball control and 1 week attacking per month. But this comes down to analysis of your squad, periodic performance analysis of areas your team might struggle with, and tactical understanding.

ur striker dont score because he is creator type of strike role not finisher thats why i put IF-A as Finisher + AM-A to support attacking box also
u can ( u can add be more expressive if u play decent teams ) cus u already have work ball into box witch is fine with be more expressive .
