I was predicted to finish 24th and I was in the playoffs by Christmas. But, my tactic had been 'found out' by the AI and I lost 6 straight and looked terrible.
Changed to this GYR433 and this powered Rotherham to a playoff win and Promotion! Played 19, Won 14, Drew 1, Lost 3. Scored 49, Conceded 20. This tactic absolutely DOMINATES.
I was Leicester within the Championship 1st season FM24 we finished 6th and struggled at the beginning however once I realized I should be high pressing teams that play football and Mid Blocked everyone else we had a system in place to build on.
In my second season we were bossing everyone and was sitting pretty in 1st place all season long.
I said from the beginning if the Brighton job (where I'm from) becomes available I will move!, sure enough Brighton were amongst the bottom 3 and sacked Ruud Van Nistlerooy so I thought screw it and off I popped.
using the High Press straight away we beat Man U 2-0 but then against the teams around us and the West Hams, Palaces and Nottingham Forrest (Well over powered in this FM!!!)
I discovered that the High Press will not beat everyone
anyways on the last game of the season already looking a relegation in the face we had one last game to play against Wolves, Manchester United in 17th place! and i'm not kidding had Newcastle, with a 2pt lead over us
We beat Wolves 2-1 using the High Press
Man u Lost 2-1 and were relegated to the championship! this is also on a network save with my best friend, we were both shocked with what we just witnessed.
anyways I decided that Brighton need a better tactic than I offered them in the final 5 games I had them, what I did was enough but I needed something more.
I decided to open a new save, stumbled across - Master of Puppets as it was an Underdog that would suit.
I went on holiday all season and forced to use tactic

6th Place with no intervention - Europe again for the Seagulls
the question I ask though is with the Player instructions tackle harder does this override the need for OI's or should you add OI's too.
after reviewing some of the games back the only weakness I see is that sometimes you end up with 5 vs 4 overloads in defensive transitions but do you think if when in comfortable leads that making the DLP Su to a Anchor Man or just had close down less to get him to refrain from running at the on coming CM?
I really like the set up I get bogged down with player roles and like the middle 3 of my 4-3-3 to be HB, AP su and a Mez Att
but CM Su with get further forward and Tackle harder makes them a CM At with BWM Su traits
So my summary is Great Job, Great Tactic, I would love a Mid Block Counter to have in slot 2 for when we need to CTR games further more I do a SUS tactic the the last 7 mins also and that normally cancels any highlights
