How to install a custom FM23 database
Move the downloaded .fmf file to your "editor data" folder, which is located by default at:> Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2023 >
Start a new career game with this database enabled.
On the first screen of new career game, press the top right button with database version to ensure the file is selected.

then whats the point of a top group without relegation lmao
if they want to add more teams then just adds from the best team on second tier
2022/2023 ISL(no relegation) I-League(1 promotion)
2023/2024 ISL(no relegation) I-League(1 promotion)
2024/2025 [There is no official say, but most probably] ISL(1 relegation) I-League(1 promotion)
It's because Indian FA is trying to add more teams to the ISL.
