I've tried multiple tactics in my team and I have achieved successful results. Turkey was very successful in the lower leagues.

Tricks:
- players are given individual roles to play in the task they are most. "example: if the player is active in the standard fullback / offensive role, he should be used on that mission"
- warrior midfielder or BBM must be in midfield
- at the beginning of the season, the roles of the players in the positions they will play must be arranged by special training
