How to play in Israel's lower leagues
1. Move the downloaded .fmf file to your "editor data" folder, that is located by default at:\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\editor data\
If that folder doesn't exist, you need to create it yourself.
2. Start a new career game with this database selected.
Start a new game > Career > From the top right "Database" drop down menu, make sure "Updates from all over the world (Israel)" is enabled > Confirm > Advanced Setup > Add Israel as a playable league and choose how many divisions will be playable.
