Database Summary
This custom FM24 database introduces a fully reworked Japanese football ecosystem built around idol-inspired superstars and brand-new clubs.List of Changes
- 26 new custom Japanese clubs and 700+ new players, inspired by real-life Japanese idols and selected internet personalities
- Players compete in a league of their own, featuring extremely high CA/PA, balanced by very high wages, transfer values, and release costs to maintain long-term game balance
- Japanese league structure adjusted to accommodate the new clubs and players, including expanded divisions and rebalancing
- League calendar modified to follow the European system (season starts in July, ends in May)
- Japanese player value scale reworked, preventing elite players from being cheaply poached by European clubs
- Fully detailed club data, including custom stadiums, league histories, and individual player histories
- Complete graphics pack included: facepacks, stadium images, club logos, league trophies, plus both 2D and 3D kits
- Added COVID-19 (coronavirus) as an illness, requiring a minimum 14-day home isolation period when contracted

Discussion: Japan Idol DB for FM 24.3.0

I've reverified all of my Steam files to ensure that I'm using the latest version of FM24.
It also doesn't work. I get the same error message.
I'm not sure if anybody else has tested this out or not. I cannot start a new game with this FMF file.
Everything verifies fine in the pre-game editor. However, when I go to start a new game, I get an error message in place of Japan. The game tells me that there are not enough teams for the various Japanese leagues (i.e. "Require between 6 and 20 teams for Kansai Football League, found 2).
Any idea what might be happening? I was hoping to check this editor data file out, but it looks like I won't be able to do anything with it for the time being.
I'm not using any other editor data files or any other mods. Is there perhaps a mod I should be using to help get this to work?
