My ULTIMATE 3-1-4-2

Today we spend some time getting the best out of the 3142 Formation. It is a very attacking style, which recently has been used by the likes of Pep Guardiola. The style I have implemented plays a lot different, actually going down a more counter attacking approach, getting balls into the box and hitting a target man.
