This tactic was created for an FM21 experiment I done on FM Scout and during the experiment I decided to make the tactic downloadable for you guys so the results posted on this page are from the experiment.
The tactical style of this tactic is Klopp and Guardiola's playing philosophies combined. I tried to pick parts from each manager to create one tactic. This tactic ended up being based on possession which we got from Guardiola but off the ball, we have taken those principles from Klopp. So off the ball, expect a gegenpress type of pressure and when on the ball expect to be in controlled with the possession.
The player roles are also combined, so for example, the RB is a CWB trying to replicate the Trent Alexander-Arnold impact for Klopp but the LB is an IWB which we have taken from Pep Guardiola's idea's. Up front, I decided to go with the F9, similar to how Roberto Firmino would play for LFC because I personally prefer that role over the role Aguero would play under Guardiola. Aguero, of course scores a lot more goals but I felt for this tactic, a F9 would gel the tactic a little better
This tactic is a 433, all players would need good on the ball skill for this to be really effective. So good first touch, passing, technique, composure, concentration, decisions, flair, vision and agility
The results
