I decided to do it, because it is different from the traditional ones on FM at the moment and it is probably one of the strongest i have ever made.
If you also get tired of playing the "favorite" tactics of each episode of Football Manager, 3-5-2 / 4-3-3 for FM24 - then try this brilliant tactic with a tight defense and a really creative and powerfull possession game with loads of chances.
The tactic is build up going from a 3-5-2, to this over a period of 12 seasons, taking low league Arezzo from Italy, to become 2 times Champions League winners, (soon 3) - and multiple other trophys of course. I pasted the screenshot of my last season, and all other players that have played in Serie A in Italy, and B for that sake, know how tough a league it is to win that comfortly.
You need a strong DM playmaker with some power, a left footed creative CM ATT and then i believe you are set to go with players that kind of suits the different roles.
SK - ATT
L FB - SU - Tackle Harder, Mark Tighter
BPD - DE - left footed is recommended with strong tackling. Tackle Harder
BPD - DE - No instruction
R WB / CWB - SU - Tackle Harder, Mark Tighter
DLP - SU - Tackle Harder.
MCR - BWM - DE - Mark Tighter
MCL - CM ATT - Stay Wider, Run Wide with ball.
AM - More Direct Passes
STCL - AF - Move in to channels
STCR - Deep lying forward. - Dribble more (if high dribbling)

Sorry for the late reply.
For top tier away matches i go balanced, sometimes lowering the tempo one touch, but for 90% of the matches, i put my faith in the team. The DM and the CM ATT to the left, is often the key for this tactic, changing them between af fresh CM ATT or a more defensive DM.
Hope you had success with is :o)
1. Chasing the lead
2. Seeing the game out.
3. Away/Tough away games
Lovely to see something different once in a while, keep it up!
