Lazy 4-1-2-3 Attacking // FM20 Tactic

If you looking for tactic which help small team play fair to bigger team, or even win the league! This tactic is for you!

This tactic works for every team, all you need to do is watching player to win. Every single touch will change the game ;))





This tactic base on fairly direct passing with very narow team shape in 4-1-2-3 formation. i play two invert winger and a roaming defensive midfield make the team shape very tranformative. Therefor the attack have multiple choices to approach the game.Also two complete wing backs always ready at wide to either involve the game or get cross in. The special thing about this tactic is to keep the player play on(don't sub them) they will find the way to score, so BE PATIENT.

I'm using Bristol Rover in 2/3 season, stay at the top with 14 points clear to the rest. In Carabao cup i beat a lot of Championship teams and lost to Manchester United in penalty shoutout

Your star player will be your IWR .The rest just decent or below is ok.

As I'm old already, I have to work so i don't have much time play FM. I created this tactic method only for watch this beautiful game playing. Some will change players during the match or give talk to them but for this tactic you don't need, all you need to do BE PATIENT and they will win the game.

Just be handsome with your players, keep the player on the pitch (even they play bad, or tired NO SUB), keep the formation day to day don't change the player (if you make a change let him play for some matches). Believe in your player is the key!

I leave TRAINING, MEDIA (you can use if you like it, but i don't like because it might change the way the match go), BRIEF to assistant manager.
