The file must put in this path:

C: / Users / "username" / Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2021 / shortlist*

* if this folder does not exist, you must create it yourself, paying attention to the spaces and the small letters


- Launch the game and go to the SCOUTING -> SHORTLIST section

- Open the drop-down menu and click on LOAD SHORTLIST


- Select the desired file and load in game
