@magicomonta it will be interesting to see where Marsch ends up next

thats the job to rescue his reputation, whilst the results at Leeds were poor, he always came across as a nice guy

and following Bielsa was always a tough task

Bielsa was in fact sacked like him though. Having said that, I think like you that he sucked at Leeds as well as at Leipzig but I'm talking exclusively about his principles, which were never seen in the teams, I agree with you

Trust me, having watched all his Leeds games he is not a good coach-he had most of Bielsa’s players, he ruined the team

If we talk about real results you are right but I also tell you that we must not rely only on results to judge a coach (Ancelotti was terrible at Napoli and Everton and therefore we want to say that he is a bad coach?) but we must study the coach, the His theses, his ideologies and those of Marsch are excellent, the problem is then being able to transfer them to the players and in this he is actually sinning. But trust me, he is a very good coach. Having said that, we are also talking about FM here and the results in FM are excellent with his ideologies in this tactic.
