I used this tactic ONLY with Arsenal for 3 seasons.
1st Season: FA and EURO
2nd Season: CL and PRM
3rd Season: FA, CL and PRM

FORMATIONS:

I used 4231 MF for most matches.
Against a better midfield \ AWAY FIRST LEG and such, I would change to 4321 MF. It's a Balance mentality with a DM. If I need to be more attacking, i would change back to 4231 MF.
