21 new media sources (fake ones and real ones also)

3 new stadiums (Stade Jolie Monaco, Stade Monte-Carlo, Stade Prince Rainier III)

ALL REGENS HAVE FRENCH NATIONALITY TOO!!!
MONACO NATIONAL TEAMS ARE NOT PLAYABLE!!!
