All competitions, including international competitions have been deleted (can't find a way to stop international friendlies, if anyone has, please let me know.
All club's youth and training facilities have been upgraded to max levels (you will need to maintain them). League is based in Wallis and Futuna so no Work Permits are needed, there is also no transfer window.
This is version 0.8, the first public beta, I have done thorough testing but there may be things I'm missing. Two things I want to figure out is how to stop international friendlies and how to get the world's best referee's refereeing the competition. If anyone can help with those, it would be much appreciated.
There's three files in the zip file, the database file and two pdf files, one with the instructions (as below) and one with the lists of the different division and the teams within.
Version Updates:
13th December, 2016 - Version 0.8 Public Beta 1.
24th March 2017 - Public Beta 3 - Now includes selected awards for all divisions, and teams must now have a minimum of 5 players from their home country in all competitive match squads (so 14 of the 19 selected can be foreigners)
13 April 2017 added Japanese teams as per request.

The player shows foreign nationality and substitutes only three. German and French players have no problem. Do the rules need to be changed? Finally, I like your patch very much
youth players will develop no matter what.
let me ask a question are the teams placed in the world league based on reputation or how did you distrubt them.
