The rules in detail:

Oceanic Champions League (45 teams, 3 for each country):

-First Stage: 45 teams, 9 groups with 5 team, 32 to next stage

-Second Stage: 32 team, one match, 16 team to next stage

-Third Stage: 16 team, one match, 8 team to Semifinal

-Semifinal: 8 team, one match, 4 to Final

-Final: 4 team, one group, two match for each team

23 player max per team
Money prize for each stage
Competition to September to february
