Just found an issue on the scouting screens. If you delegate Authority for scouting, should be able to tweak the general Focus by clicking on the button and getting a pop out . Not getting the pop out to alter age ranges etc.
I think that is normal fm19-20 cant use too

one issue i have is instant result does not let you use match plan for last match or next match it stays greyed out.
