Creating perfect tactics in #FM22 can be a bit daunting, but in this Football Manager 2022 video, I breakdown how I created the PERFECT ten Hag 4-2-3-1 / 4-3-3 in the hope it helps others to be able to create their "perfect" tactic from scratch.

In the video, I showcase the results I got with Manchester United, my method at looking at the squad and recognising it's strengths, creating the tactic and style of play, and lastly, we play a match to see how the tactic plays out in Football Manager 2022.
