I'm currently in my second season. In the first season, I spent a long time searching for the right setup and experimenting. By November (in-game), I was just above the relegation zone in the table.
Finally, I started using this tactic and began winning. I finished the season in 2nd place in May and reached the national cup final. In the new season, I qualified for the Europa League group stage, and after 11 games of the Polish Ekstraklasa, I'm the league leader with 28 points (possible 33).
The tactic is very offensive with lots of shots. Two wingers score many goals, but the fullbacks also contribute because they have many assists. Ball possession averages around 55-60%.
I named it "boring" because it actually gets a bit boring for me - I usually win, even against favorites (for example, in a friendly pre-season game I beat Anderlecht 7:0!). Losses are very rare, usually due to lack of finishing, but I still dominate the match.
The tactic is great for player development because even when I put a young player into a squad, the team's overall performance doesn't suffer, and the young player gets minutes and experience. I plan to test it in a stronger league but in the polish league it works perfectly. Boring, but perfectly
