Mancini's Euro 2021 Italy Tactics

Today I present to you my Tactical Emulation of the creator of the miracle of the Italian National Soccer Team at euro 2020 that is Roberto Mancini.

The tactic is a 433.

Roles:
Goalkeeper (Gigio Donnarumma)
Left full back full attack (Leonardo Spinazzola)
Classic right back support (by lorenzo or Alessandro Florenzi)
No frills defender (Giorgio Chiellini)
Defender who sets (Leonardo Bonucci)
Director set back in median support (jorginho)
Advanced Support Director (Marco Verratti)
Mezzala attack (Nicolò Barella)
Left inverted wing support (Lorenzo Insigne)
Right winger attack (Federico Chiesa)
Second striker support (Ciro Immobile)

Each role then has its own personal indications.

The team is wide enough that it starts from the bottom using the center with the double play verratti and Jorginho and then the overlaps on the left with Spinazzola that overlaps with distinguished ones that he cuts inside to invent. Immobile goes back to play with the team to allow the insertion of stretcher and church. Pressing across the board, high line, quick and fairly direct passes to facilitate the offensive transition.

Variants:
If Manuel Locatelli 73 plays instead of Verratti, set him as ccq and not advanced director
Immobile can be put as a CA if you want more depth attack as lefty sometimes asks.
