Sarrismo - Legendary Sarri Tactics FM18

I created this tactic trying to imitate the legendary tactics of Mister Sarri on Football Manager 2018.

The results are satisfactory, but it is important to have the right players. And needless to say, you need to give the tactic some time until your players familiarize themselves with it; I'd say a minimum of 15 matches should be sufficient.

I tested the tactic with Napoli (obviously).



This Sarri inspired FM18 tactic was used for 8 years in-game and I've managed to win everything that could be won with Napoli.

The first 3 years in particular, I mostly used young players.
During this time, I've won 2x Serie A, 2x Italian Cup, 2x Italian Super Cup.
