Serbian zone leagues is a tier 3 competition system in Serbia.

It includes 4 subdivisions (Belgrade, Vojvodina, East and West).
Cup competition has also been updated so that all tier 3 clubs can play in it.

How to unlock Serbian lower leagues in FM 2017

1. Move the downloaded .fmf file to:
   \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2017\editor data\
   Create folder "editor data" if it doesn't exist already.


2. Run Football Manager 2017 and start new save with this database enabled.

It's highly recommended to disable "Do not Add Key Staff" and enable "Add Players to Playable Teams" in advanced options. Also make sure to load all players from Serbia using the Advanced... Database Size options.
