A number of changes have been put in place affecting the way the forums work, all of which are outlined below.
"First of all, the forums are no longer linked with Sega Pass. This will streamline a number of processes within the Sports Interactive forums but also means your account will no longer be linked to any other Sega website.
Secondly, your passwords have all been reset. Below is what you will need to do to sign in:
- First click the 'forgotten password' link
- Enter the email address your have linked to your forum account and receive email with instructions
- Within that email click a link to reset password
- Email with new random password to be sent to inbox
- User can log in and reset a password. Password reset link will again be in confirmation email.
If you are in the unfortunate position of having an email account which is no longer active, please email us via the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page, explaining your situation, your username, the email address you have linked to your current account and the your current active email address. That way we'll be able to contact you and link your old username with your new email.
Please ONLY contact us through that means if you have absolutely no way of accessing the email account linked to your profile.
Finally, during this downtime we have pruned a number of old inactive accounts. If you try to access an account and find it no longer exists please create a new one. We have tried to keep the pruning to a minimum, so as long as you have posted at least once or signed in during the last year then your account should still be active.
