Created with Wrexham in the Vanarama National League and gained four promotions in a row. Huge success in attack, at the back and through set-pieces. We then tested it with Chelsea, Brentford, Sheffield United and Peterborough and the results were surprising.

Playing through the middle, with a postive, short passing style. The front trio combine beautifully.
