South of Brazil as New Nation in FM21

Southern Brazil is well known as having a unique cultural heritage which is more heavily derived from European settlers mainly from Germany (5,000,000-12,000,000 est,) with German being spoken widely in this region although not by everyone.
Immigrants also to populate the area also come from Italy, Poland, Spain, etc.

An example of a famous German Brazilian player is Allison Becker who originates from a city called Novo Hamburgo (New Hamburg).

I created a new regional playable nation for Brazil which includes the 3 southernmost states.

• Parana
• Rio Grande do Sul
• Santa Catarina

All teams in these regions have had their nationality changed to Southern Brazil but still play in the Brazilian league pyramid.

Other changes include:

• Nation of Southern Brazil is now a playable league
• Players born in this region now have Southern Brazilian nationality or second nationality if they are already capped internationally.
• Diaspora players - Players with surnames of German origin have been given German as a second nationality.
• Staff added to Southern Brazil national team who originate from the region.
• Transfer preferences added to increase likelihood of German and Austrian players going to Southern Brazil.
• Germans and Austrians treated as non foreign in Southern Brazil.
• Transfer preferences added to increase likelihood of Southern Brazilians players going to Germany.
• Southern Brazilian treated as non foreign in Germany and Austria.
