Just finished my first season with Torino and it ended pretty well.

The "JESHAUKRI" Tactic
The idea behind this tactic is to play modern day football with high speed, high intensity and direct football with a lot of chances and a lot of goals!

Tip:
I you want to try this tactic I highly recommend you to manage a team from the Bundesliga. This tactic suits very well with teams like:
RB Leipzig
Gladbach
Schalke 04
Wolfsburg
And many others!

HSV and Stuttgart from Bundesliga 2 suits very well also.
Player Roles
Central defenders:
When you play with a high defensive line, you need to have fast players in this position to make you less vulnerable from counter attacks.
Wing backs
Key attributes:
- Pace
- Crossing
- Tackling
High crossing ability = Higher chance of making assists.
Box-to-Box player:
Just a great overall player.

Deep Playmaker:
Key attributes:
- Passing
- Vision
- Off the ball
A great passer is a must - He will often search for the long pall behind the defenders, and set up the inverted wingers and wing backs.
Inverted Wingers:
Key attributes:
- Passing
- Crossing
- Creativity
Left foot on right wing, and right food on left wing. They will feed the strikers with deadly passes from crossing and passing behind the lines.
Pressing forwards:
Key attributes:
- Pace
- Stamina
- Work rate
You want your forwards to get behind defenders, and stress the defenders off ball.
Results from my first season with Torino:

Enjoy!
